Case study — Polite Reply Helper
A Johor Bahru bakery cutting reply time by half
The challenge
The owner was responding to 30–40 WhatsApp and Instagram messages daily, mostly the same handful of questions. It was taking over an hour of her morning and some evenings.
What we did
We reviewed six weeks of her messages, identified the twelve most common question types, and built a draft-reply helper that generates a suggested response she reviews before sending.
The result
Reply time dropped from around 65 minutes to under 30 minutes daily. Tone is more consistent. She now approves replies in batches twice a day rather than responding throughout the day.

Case study — Simple Insights Setup
A tutoring centre making sense of five years of records
The challenge
Five years of attendance and fee records sat in separate spreadsheets that no one had time to analyse. The owner could not tell which subject programmes were growing and which were declining.
What we did
We reviewed the existing records, standardised the format, and built a monthly dashboard showing enrolment trends by subject, revenue by programme, and student retention rates over time.
The result
The owner identified two programmes that had been declining steadily and one that was under-resourced relative to demand. Enrolment decisions for the following term were made with much clearer information.
